AXA
Mansard Insurance Plc has announced
the resignation of Mrs. Rashidat Adebisi, the Executive Director for Technical
and Client Services, effective from 31st December 2025.
The
announcement was made to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Tuesday, 22nd
October 2025.
Mrs.
Adebisi had been a member of the company's Board since obtaining regulatory
approval in February 2020. During her time as an Executive Director, she
contributed to several crucial sub-committees, including the Board Risk
Management & Technical Committee and the Board Investment & Finance
Committee.
The
Board and Management of AXA Mansard released a statement commending Mrs.
Adebisi for her service and positive contributions to the company's growth
during her tenure. The regulatory notification was signed by Company Secretary,
Omowunmi Mabel Adewusi.
